Worst App ever. No passbook integration. I wasnt able to load the boarding pass. Useless!

No passbook integration, boarding pass on a email link, and no saved boarding passes. This app is a thing of the past

I know the urgency to get it up and running, but it needs so much more improvements. Please work and update. Copa is a great airline.

Nothing that hasnt been said by other reviewers- it shows Copa doesnt care as this appears to be made by a child or someone in a rush. Compared to other airlines this is extremely bad. Shame on them!

Really? Its better not to have an app at all than to have something like this for your customers.

Its practically a web page in an app, with an old-fashioned interface. I dont understand why this app hasnt got updated.

Cant get the app to do anything. Every click results in a long idle or error message. Its not even possible to view an existing reservation...only to retrieve boarding passes.

This app is the worse Ive seen. Wont let me do web checking after several tries and it is constantly saying that is offline even though Im connected.

...but even after checking in, airline doesnt accept digital boarding pass at the airport. App and in-person service takes you back at least 15 years. Not optimal.

Not even has the basic resolution and ratio for iPhone, what a shame ...

Great airline! Terrible app! Online services and digitalization is evidently not part of copas strategy, so why bother at all? Downloading is a waste of time and can only disappoint.

Does not Work at all. Pretty embarrassing app

They shouldnt have released any app at all until it actually performed a useful function. I hope that this does not foreshadow my upcoming travel experience with Copa Airlines. Please invest $10k and two weeks into app development and become a modern-day airline/company. Then email me when youre done. Thanks! :)

This is the worst app ever. Its embarrassing that Copa has this app. Mr Motta and Co. should do something about it instead of being this cheap.

Why did you publish an App that makes people waste their time? I gave up trying to put my boarding pass on wallet app.
